Any help/advice/motivation???

I need some serious help!! I have been struggling with my weight for the past few years. Well when I was younger I was a chunky girl topping off at 165. In my junior year in HS I joined teh soccer team and lost 30 pounds. Up until I was 23 I easily kept the weight off until my b/f and I hit a rough spot and I just steadily gained weight and am now up to 200 and 26!!! I have started numerous times, but can never even get close to the finish line. I either can't stop my craving, get in a mood and eat or get bummed about my weight and just sulk instead of doing anything. I get frustrated too easily when I don't see fast results. Has anyone ever felt like this??? If so, what helped you get thru it and motivated enough to do something and see it thru???
 
I'm the type of person that has always wanted instant results in my life. With this, I've decided that I'm changing my life for the better, not going on a diet. I don't know if it will help for you, but if you can get it in your head that you need to change your life to improve it, you may look at it as a life-long goal rather than an immediate one.
