I need some serious help!! I have been struggling with my weight for the past few years. Well when I was younger I was a chunky girl topping off at 165. In my junior year in HS I joined teh soccer team and lost 30 pounds. Up until I was 23 I easily kept the weight off until my b/f and I hit a rough spot and I just steadily gained weight and am now up to 200 and 26!!! I have started numerous times, but can never even get close to the finish line. I either can't stop my craving, get in a mood and eat or get bummed about my weight and just sulk instead of doing anything. I get frustrated too easily when I don't see fast results. Has anyone ever felt like this??? If so, what helped you get thru it and motivated enough to do something and see it thru???
