Any advice other then what I'm doing

I didn't introduce myself on the new member forum, but I'm not 100% sure that is needed, since this may be one of like 5 post I'll ever make here.

So long story short, I used to play football in highschool(all four years) and wrestled my freshmen and sophmore year(more on that later). I was a lineman...so I think a lot of you guys might know what that means, I eat ALOT, worked out ALOT, and was proud of it. By start of my senior year(this was 2 years ago), I weighted 230 (5'11''). Though after that season....well I started drinking too much beer, and smoking quite a bit.

Got up to 240 at my heaviest, and had a 40 inch waist.

So yeah, about 6 monthes ago I decided that well...I needed a life style change. I quit smoking, started watching what I was eating, and started working out.

Got down to 230, and now I've decided to kick it up a bit. Going back to the old water diets I tended to do during wrestling, about 2 monthes ago I started on a 1000-1500 calories a day diet. So in general I eat 4-5 200 calorie meals a day, exercise daily, take vitamin pills, take a fiber supplement and drink 3 to 4 liters of water a day.

So far this has worked out great and I'm down to 204 now and a 34 waist, so I guess I can't complain. I forgot what I was asking.

Nice start! Only advice I'd like to chime in about is the way you approach your scenario. Although it may be healthy, I just want to point out that in wrestling, weight is lost quickly using unhealthy methods. So try to leave that mentality behind in your quest for weight loss and health. You want to do whats best to weigh less 20 years from now, not 20 minutes :) I'm sure you already know this anyways.
