Any advice on Garcinia Cambogia for weight loss?

Hello everyone, I was curious if anyone knows anything about Garcinia Cambogia for weight loss? I've heard plenty about it, but I figured it was smart to ask someone who isnt in the media to get some real answers. Garcinia Cambogia has been claimed to be a "magic bullet" or "miracle cure" for weight loss, which sets up too high of an expectation. The truth is the human body is so complicated that NO supplement will work incredibly well for everyone.

The reality is that the garcinia cambogia extract has been clinically shown to slow down the bodies ability to produce fat from carbohydrates, increases serotonin levels (elevates mood and reduces emotional eating), and most importantly reduces appetite. The real key to weight loss (especially at first) is in eating less, really has very little to do with exercise (at first).

When I take it I personally notice reduced appetite, increased energy (but very clean, no jitters), and elevated mood (even though I'm a naturally happy person myself). All that being said, it may or may not have these same effects on you.

There is a book called "Where Can I Buy Garcinia Cambogia?" on Amazon Kindle for $0.99 (or sometimes free) that details some of these things and what to look for when buying.

You can use weight loss supplements for reducing weight, but theses supplements are harmful for the body too. Some are less and some are more. I can't suggest you to use any supplement. Try to reduce fat through natural methods.
 
I personalty have tried so many different supplements and strongly believe that healthy eating and exercise is the only real way to keep off the weight you loose. The slower you loose it the better and I am a very impatient and have an extremely addictive behavior. However years of struggling has opened my eyes. Don't waste your money.
