Any advice appreciated

Hi,

I would like people’s opinion on the following supplements

1) Conjugated Lineolic Acid – for weight loss
2) Tribulus Terrestris – as a training aid

What other things supplements would be better for losing weight and as a training aid.

I am doing weight training and cardio 4 times a week

Appreciate any advice
 
CLA is more effective in obese women (maybe men too) than anything else. not too many ppl are using it anymore.

tribulus is more useful in the bedroom than the weightroom. its another supplement that has been tried my many but hasnt really stood the test of time
