Hey all, so im very active and passionate about fitness and nutrition, however after becoming obsessed with weight loss my eating became disordered and I started binge eating which caused me terrible anxiety and panic attacks. So feeling like crap finding it hard to eat right and find motivation to push myself at the gym, weight creeping up and feeling out of control, any other sufferers of either binge eating or anxiety to chat and swap advice?
