anti-push up

I know the title sounds strange but thats basically what i want, something to train my biceps rather than the triceps. I know your probally thinking pull up or weights but i really dont have either. is their anything that you can do without any equipment at all, like a push up?

Pull ups on the side of a roof is the definition of bad ass. Or you could just get a pull up bar in a doorway.

Trust me, even if you don't have a chin up bar there are ways you can be creative to make one. Just look around and think of what you can use. I don't have a chin up bar, i just swing my curl bar or a thick piece of wood over the 2 little bars in the garage, and walah.

LOL. That would definately work! Never thought of that.

Come to think of it, I am goanna do that one.

I have a "rather older" lady that is 2 houses down that is extremely noze about the "happenings" of her neighbors (she is always looking out the window gauking when we leave for work, return home, sit out in our yard, or whatever.....

So, now she is going to see me hanging off the roof doing pullups.....

As long as I dont see an ambulance all is good :)

Best regards,

Chillen

yeah surely you can find something to do pullups on you got trees at your house? I used to use the apple tree in my parents back yard.

Do you have a park nearby? After completing my 4 miles run, I just go to the park and start doing chinups on the swing set. Parents will stare though, especially if you're in a hood outfit. As a matter of fact, once I was dressed all black, with a mask on and hood and a pair of heavy boots and one of those reflection vests... people waited in their cars as I passed.

I used to live near a park where they had pull-up bars and decline benches with a bar to rest your feet under for crunches. They had a few of these setups along a jogging trail. I miss that park.

put your hand under a table and press against it. It should be similar to an isometric bicep curl. Concentrate on getting the bicep flexed and outputting force. this may hurt your wrist and be very time consuming depending on your level. You can be creative and fill a bucket or huge bottle with water, then add some rope if you want and curl that. Go run outside and find a tree and do chin ups, or a playground.

equipment? who needs it?

How solid is yer kitchen table mate? ly on yer back underneath it, stick yer feet up on a chair then hang from the table and do pull ups. it's like doing a prone row, so it'll work both back and biceps.:yelrotflmao:
