Sport Anti Inflammatories in food??

I have heard that both salmon, especially wild caught atlantic, and dark chocolate are both good sources for natural anti inflammatory. I have problems with both of my knees, They tend to ache alot when I bend them. Well they were feeling really good for awhile, and I quit buying salmon like I used to because it is so expensive, and I hadnt bought any dark chocolate in while. I used to eat both alot during the week. Well my right knee was bothering me again to the point where I couldnt do lunges, and I was practicing step with no risers at all. Maybe it was just a coincedence but this past week we have been going out to dinner CONSTANTLY because of birthdays and such, and I have ordered salmon like 3 or 4 times, and I bought a bar of organic 88% cacao dark chocolate, and had a piece of that every morning. Now the past two days my knee feels 100 percent! Are there really that much anti-inflammatorys in that stuff???? Glucosamine upsets my stomach so I dont take it much. Any other foods that are good that way?? just curious!
 
its the essential fatty acids in the salmon that help. try buying fish oil caps. i recommend the enteric coated ones to avoid fishy after taste.
