Anti-catabolic supplements

What are some reccommended anti-catabolic supplements? I was taking glutamine for awhile but I would constantly have acne breakouts. I eat fare amount of eggs and other anti-cataboic foods in my diet just feel that since I run a lot that I may need a type of supplement. I realize doing long distance running can burn muscle tissue but what about sprints? I was thinking about dropping my long distance runs to high intensity sprints instead. I'm mainly just trying to lean out and keep as much muscle as possible.
 
Iron. The kind you lift.
 
and food..namely complete proteins. if its a complete protein, it keeps you in positive nitrogen balance, which means anabolic state.
