Ok, I'm a 14 year old female and I'm looking to slim down my legs and I already have my meal plan basically made out, and yeah, i'm not overweight but I wondered if you guys could help me with this question. I have a big weight lifting machine and I use it three times a week and do a total body workout on it. Question is, if i'm trying to slim down the thighs does that mean I should stop lifting weights with my legs and just jog? Because I dont want my muscles in my legs to get any bigger because i'm not going to be able to fit into any of my jeans!!
