Well I have been going to the gym as much as I possibly can I try to do strength training on my upper body at least 3 times a week and on my lower body at least 3 times a week cardio about 4-5 times a week. I'm not very strong like alot of people on this forum are. The trainer told me to start off slow 3 sets 12 reps of like 40-60 lbs depending on what part of my body I'm working on for the next month, to do my cardio which I love to do I started to take ab classes this week I went to my 1st one yesterday but they cut it short which made me upset I am planning on taking a yoga or pilates class and to start dancing again, just to give my workouts a bit of variety. I weighed myself yesterday at 137lbs. i am eating much better. I have been reading and researching and need to take in more protein and add some wheat and grains to my "eating habits". I'm having trouble keeping focused on the weekends because I work so much I'm constantly on the go. Well I think thats about it for my diary for this week-
