Hi im new to all this so was looking for some advice. I go to boxing for 2 hours tuesday and thursday and most other days Im at the gym for an hour doing weights. Im looking to tone up and put a bit more muscle on so I bought Pure Creatine monohydrate. I dont have a weight plan, I usually just go in at start lifting. for this stuff to work right do I need a weight plan? What sort of things should I eat and also can I mix it with milk?
