Hi Everyone,
My name is Laura. I am 27 years old and I'm overweight. Ok now I have admitted it I can start to change it!
I have always been overweight, but my weight issues have esculated over the past few years. Last year I was at my heaviest (104.7 kg) and I lost about 15 kg's, however I have since gained about 11 back.
Recently my boyfriend proposed and that has been enough incentive to get my big butt back into gear. Just the thought of all these eyes staring at me is enough to make me go to the gym in the morning!
Anyway I have joined here for some additional support and to chat to others that are in simular situations.

P.S Just out of interest are there any other (female) members with PCOS?
