I was on another forum's weightloss section but unfortuneately, the server had problems and it is now 'closed indefinately'. I am really bummed b/c I had 3 months worth of a journal and we started a "Labor Day Challenge". I didn't realize how much support and motivation came from that board. So I am really glad I found this forum and am anxious to continue my journey.
I started on April 10th to change my life. Here are a few stats so far:
Height: 5'3"
SW: 196
CW: 181.5
GW: 130
I am doing the C25k running program, free weights, bowflex, playing basketball, swimming, tennis, and bike riding for exercise. I stay at 1500 calories or less a day and so far am losing on average 1.14lbs a week.
