Another newbie here....

Hi everyone!!
I am a newbie although I have been reading some of the threads on these boards for motivation and a bit of advice and I must say it has all been great.

My name is Sali and I am from Melbourne Australia.

Been wanting to keep the winter kilo's off but was finding it too hard to get moving.... have always enjoyed walking but its dark early now and I work late most nights...
I have now discovered the Les Mills classes thanks to a friend and I love Body Combat.

Have been going to all sort of cardio classes for the past 3 weeks and I am loving the feeling that exercising is giving me...

Ok, so some info...

Am 59kgs (sorry not sure what that is in pounds, can anyone help me out?)

Looking at losing BF and KG's, and toning up and getting arms like Jen Aniston.. :D

anyway look forward to reading more about everyone's goals, accomplishments and advice.

Thanks for that jpc1058, so that would make me about 129lbs... and thanks to all for the welcome..

At the moment my starting GW is 55kgs (121lbs) but i will see how I go once I reach that goal.....

For my wedding last year I was 57kgs which I was really quite happy with and I did that all through walking and weights at home but it took a very long time and I lost 7 kilo's (15.4lbs) so this time I am hoping it works quicker with the aerobics classes which I am loving.
