Hello! Welcome to the forum. Great job losing the weight you have thus far. Way to go. You are doing the right thing. I was watching Oprah the other day and she had her trainer on. He suggested increasing the exercise to a harder level to push past plateaus. Have you already tried that? I know not eating at night will help too. What is your routine?

routine

I work a weekend schedule at work soo during the week I hit the gym and start with 45 minutes of recumbent bike or elliptical trainer then I hit the free weights alternating upper and lower body routines...I have been increasing level of difficulty on cardio machines as well as time intervals. The days I cannot hit the gym I do taebo advanced workout tapes at home...

Hmmm. Perhaps you need to start nixing things from your diet. I guess you'd have to experiment to see if there are any particular foods hindering your weight loss. Hopefully you'll get some better ideas, I'm sure some of the other forum buddies will have some better ideas. I haven't lost enough weight to plateau yet. lol

I love the elliptical trainer! That is my favorite machine. How do you like taebo?
