Another newbie here

I hope this forum can help me get off my butt and do something about my weight.
I am 37, 5'3" 170 lbs.
My bad habit is craving something and eating without being hungry.
I was 102 lbs. before my kids were born and then 110 after. I gained most of it after my mom died from depression eating. I eat when I'm bored too. I'm always too tired to exsercise by the time I get home. I have an elliptical that I got after my treadmill broke. I thought it would be good, but, it turned out to be more of a work out than I thought and I get sore and tired and don't want to get back on it. So, I hope this place will help motivate me and get me back to being healthy.


BTW, where do you guys get the weight scale reader that is on some of your signatures?

This place can definitely help you out! Of course, it'll still take dedication from you :) But yeah, this site has helped a lot of us, a lot! :D
 
Well, my highest weight (to my knowledge) has been 225. I started this at 223 and that was almost exactly two months ago :)
