Hi! I'm Tiffany I'm 24. I moved to a new town and started my first what I call normal job (8 to 5 desk job) about 2 years ago and started puting on weight and untill now when I saw picture of myself didn't realize how big I had gotten. Weight has never been an issue for me or anyone in my family before.
My plan is to work out and watch how many calories I consume I try to stay around 1200 a day. My boyfriend just left for Iraq for 1 year and 1/2. I would love for it all to be gone when he comes home (He has never seen me below 170lbs and without what I call a female beer gut except in old pictures.) Will take any advice so bring it on. I do have one quick question I have been working out at least 5 days a week till a couple of days ago I have a horrible cold and I don't know how I should incorporate my excercise in my day untill this thing is gone.
