To start, I am 18years 5' 10" and 150 pounds. I have 14% bf, and my goal is to get that down to around 9%. I've always had a good mind for organizing a work out regime, and making sure I fullfill it every week. However, since before I joined this forum, I had no idea what I ate meant so much. So, starting monday, I started eating around 6 medium-small size meals a day.
I don't know much about what I should be eating for these meals, so I've basically been copying the ideas of other people who post comments here. Here is an exact list of what I ate from today:
8:30 - Four eggs
10:30 - Protein shake (~300 calories, 50g protein) w/ 5g creatine
Lift from 11-12
12:05 - Protein shake (" ") w/ 5g glutamine
1:00 - Turkey and Provolone sandwich (Im talkin a triple decker, it was
beautifull, three slices of bread and turkey, mustard and mayo)
Class from 2-5
5:30 - Tunafish sandwich with worschester, mayo, and pickles (2 slices of
bread)
8:00 - Boneless skinless chicken breast w/ rudy's barbecue sauce
I know I didn't put the calories or all that other junk, but this is fairly known food, and I just want a "ballpark" estimate of whether days like this will reduce my body fat. Other info, I lift MWF full body, and run about 4 miles of HIIT on a treadmill on T TH and Sat. Is this enough calories/protein to keep me running and lose bf?
On a lighter note, I havn't had a tuna fish sandwich since I was like.. 6. Pretty weird how I remembered that taste so well.. thank god for worschester.
Thank you for any advice ya'll can throw my way.
