Sport Another high protein low calorie suggestion

Sport Fitness
I just bought some turkey burgers at Costco.

35 g's and 200 calories.

Good stuff. Enjoy!

How are these turkey burgers made? Processed?

Excuse my ignorance, but what is Costco? LOL.......

Never heard of it, actually.

Best wishes,

Chillen

It's like a buy in bulk membership store. With pretty good prices on just about everything, usually a tad lower than supermarket stores.

Costco and Sam's Club are warehouse like super-stores. Very competive prices and great place to bulk buy.

It is not clear what point you are making. The fact that you have "turkey burgers" raises the possibility of them having fat and carbs. Carbs and fat are not necessarily bad but are you getting enough protein from the turkey? This is the nutrition data of a not necessarily the one you have.

YES!!! I'm on a super tight budget and these things are great. 12 patties for $10 bucks, you can't beat that. Like you said 35 grams of protein.

Thank you , boss man. I usually get Honey Suckle White 99% lean Turkey Burger, in 10lb tubs. Salt is low, and portion sizes are about 120c, 25 to 30g of protein, and 0 carbohydrates, per serving. It nearly all protein. I will take a look into Costco, thank you.

I'd rather make turkey burgers myself with ground turkey. That way I can spice it up how I like.
