hey im 15 and i 135 pounds and i needing to gain weight for motocross, at this time i ride a 200 pound dirtbike which i need more weight to man handle and control, but the problem is my mom is a nazi and will not get me a protetin powder or any shake type, so it has to be all natural and or vitamins. i will be working out 4 times a week and im actively involved with sports through my school track cross country basketball. my goal id say is to reach 160-175, i dont wana loose my cardio either, that is vital in the sports i do, so any help would be nice.
