Hey, I'm Shelley (duh). 23 yrs old living in Brissie QLD. Primary goals are to shed a few kilos, increase my fitness level and endurance and to tone up. I am doing the couch to 5K program, as well as strength training/toning workouts a few days a week. I also get 20 mins or so of cardio in on the bikes at the gym after my C25K. I'll prob stop doing that once I get further into the C25K and it becomes more intense. I've been working out for about a month and a half but had a week break over Xmas/NY - just not enough time to do anything.
