Another 15 year old asking for help haha...

Okaay, well i've been working out since about... may '09? This is my plan
Weight: 62kg (thats 136 pounds)
Height: 174 cm ('5.7, 68 inchs)

Breakfast: 2-3 bowls of muesli (I like muesli a lot :costumed5: )

School
Don't usually have anything for school, may have some celery or fruit
5:00pm
25-40 minute jog
Dinner
Anything with low carbohydrates
Snacks
Nuts, maybe fruit if I'm desperate, cheese and basically anything with little to no carbs.

100-120 sit ups before beddy byes.

My aim:
To get abs (which are only visible when I tense) and to not eat carbohydrates. I don't eat anything fatty either (besides nuts) and I aim for high-protein foods.

I think I'm eating reasonably healthy. Anything I should do to better myself?

btw you do need carbs to be able to do the exercises that will give you your abs, so don't consider them as the 'enemy' just keep an eye on how much you are eating :p

Eat lots of protein and carbs that are high in fiber. A balanced diet is best. I stick by the 40-40-20 rule. That is 40% of my daily intake is protein, 40% is carbs, and 20% is healthy fat like olive oil, etc.

A balanced diet is key. You can do all the exercise and workouts you want, but without the proper nutrition you won't see results.

Perform different ab workouts to tone your stomach and build those abdominal muscles.
