Sport anorexia help please

Sport Fitness
i used to work out 7 days a week twice a day and eat all protein egg whites chicken breast and tons of salad and only whole grain wraps or whole grain bread. legit i worked out hard for like my freshman year and sophmore yr of college. I used to always do 300 pushups a day and at least 200 crunches. I got really minimal tiny results after so long so i began do that and lifting weights. i just finished my third year and now i'm going to a new school. I pretty much stopped working out. I don't know what to eat anymore or how to work out really. I do have anorexia and I need help which I know but I wish I could hear some of you guys and what you eat and how you work out. Like I know so many variations of lifting I know how to work each muscle. I feel lost and and weak and has hurt my self esteem to workout bc I'm not really big. My ex-gf said I was too thin always but I was afraid to eat a lot bc I see so many kids in college eat way too many carbs when they do no cardio. I always saw college kids eat n drink the wrong stuff which is why I am so careful. I'm 5'8 and 132 lbs now. I still eat 3 meals a day always have cereal or egg whites for breakfast and salad for lunch everyday with vinagrette. Usually have like a chicken breast or steak or turkey wrap for dinner.

I literally can't do 25 pushups anymore, I can only do like sets of 15 I am so out of shape. Thats why I hate working out I got so weak and it just hurt my self esteem. I used to always do so much and it would never get me anywhere.

I hope I can help you here,

From the sounds of it, you do not need help from anyone, you already know what to eat and how to workout.

If you want to get big, you are going to have to start lifting some heavy weight, usually in the 85% of your 1rm range.

If you need some help with different exercises you can check out this

Again, It sounds like you know what you are doing already with your diet, and you off to a great start doing your pushups and sit ups. You may just need to take you training to the next level now.

Let me know if you need any more help or have questions
