Ankle Foot Motion

Ankle muscles is to strengthen the calves and tibialis anterior through balance exercises and various jumps. This weight will be very useful to prevent but also to treat a sprained ankle. The muscles which involve the ankle dorsiflexion are the anterior muscles of the ankle : tibialis anterior muscle to strengthen ccheville

tibialis anterior ,
the extensor hallucis longus ,
the extensor digitorum longus ,
the anterior peroneal .
