Alright, I have decided that enough is enough. I just gained 5 more pounds and have not worked out for almost 6 months. It's time to get back on track. My short term 6 week goal is to lose 10 lbs. I will be posting weekly updates. I will start out with a minimum of 3 days a week training with 30 min. of cardio and then a quick 30 min. full body workout. Once I get back into the swing of things I will adjust my routing accordingly. Questions and comments are always welcome.
