i have been taking this stuff for a month and i have grown 2 inches on my arms i am starting to like it is anyone esle taking this stuff

What does your daily diet look like?

What is your goal?

It's VERY hard to believe that you put 2 inches of lean tissue on your arms in one month. It's hard for someone to do that who even uses AAS and has a spot on diet/training routine.

you can believe me or not but it happen i have been taking anator and nitrotech eatting lean meats everything high in protein the other guy that lifts with me has got an inch to his arms!

I never said I didn't believe that your arms were 2 inches bigger, I just find it hard to believe that you put on 2 inches of lean tissue in 30 days time.
