Anyone hear of Anabolic 7 supposedly its pretty beastly works very fast on strengh gains????

Nope, never tried it.

Just let my aging biological and metabolic functions do its anabolic magic as natural as possible through two natural functions: Diet and Physical Activity.

One shouldn't look for an over-the-counter so-called "assister" when one's house isn't in order. It just creates disorder in da' house.

Educated eyes correct this disorder.

I do recommend you save your money, and invest in the power of the "REAL ANABOLIC 7" below.

I appreicate you putting some time into that post right there. I have acutally started doing a 5X5 program for about a the last 2 weeks. I feel I am lifting more no doubt about it but i'm not sure if its just me eating more and having more energy or if its the acutaly strength gains lol. I found this website online about the 5X5. There are 3 different programs on it.

1-regular
2-If you decide to switch it up
3-On Steroids

I have done the first one which is the first one listed

Chillen, in your über post, what do you mean when you say "Understand your glucose bucket and how it works"?

Glucose stores are finite so can be compared to a bucket for simplicity, once storage capacity has been reached glucose needs to be stored elsewhere. Understanding your own carb storage capacity can help with carb cycling

Yeah, I already know that. I'm diabetic, Typhon. I probably know more about glucose than most people. It was the terminology that I wasn't familiar with.

No doubt about it!

I am not a believer in over-the-counter BS. Most are utter crap--with a few exceptions.

Some really do not understand what they look at and want to consume when trying to meet their fitness goals.

Let me give you an example that fits the topic of this thread with one that knows what I am trying to say: "There is a reason why diabetics have to INJECT themselves with insulin, and avoid the stomach" ;)

Some of these types of pills can get "destroyed" before even entering the blood for intended purpose. Even topical solutions are questionable (such as sprays).


Thus these Anabolic 7 pills (being liquid, spays, or pills), that one can get over-the-counter have inherent complications--biologically (at least for some).

But one doesn't have to question the TRUE Anabolic 7.

The complication is within figuring out the function of the "personal puzzle" contained in the real Anabolic 7.
