Hi everyone, new here.. going to start a diary soon . Female 40s significantly overweight and sick of it! stories here have been quite inspiring! Looking to meet positive, motivating, fun happy people to share our journey with! I estimate I need to lose about 60 lbs.. give or take.. main thing in the end won't be weight but how I feel, etc., so my initial goal of 60 lbs may change! Look for me soon .. add me as a friend. I need all the encouragement I can get! And I will offer all the help i can :)
 
That is what we're here for so welcome to the forum. I have to start off by asking the big question, what is your plan eating wise, working out wise?
 
thank you! I am currently trying to keep my calories around 1200-1400 a day.. and any form of exercise 30 minutes a day.. right now I'm walking or elliptical.
