I kow there is the daily exercise challenege but I need more motivation thatn that, LOL...I would like to do a mile challenege, somethign like we did in the Novemeber challenege...where every 30 mins is a mile and have it run till Valentine's day or soemthign like that...just wnana know if anyone might be interested...I gotta think a lil more abt it...but I focus so much more when I can keep totally how much I am doing and recording it all...

Ok so I will figure this out and we will start it on Jan 14 and run it trail till Feb.14 and if it takes and we like it, we can just keep doing it...
 
Just some funny information for you....there's a town in Wisconsin called 'Sweetheart City'. Maybe we could walk from Hell Michigan to Sweetheart City Wisconsin....it's about 505 miles.

That is a great idea Kaitie...Lets do that...starting on Jan.14...I will do a post called that latta today...
 
did i understand right - 30 minutes workout would count like a mile or? sorry foreigner here lol just can you give more details? but generally i'm in :D

I will post a new post explaining it all...yes 30 mins of exercise will count as one mile, we've done this before in other challeneges....

You know I am game! Ummm how does it work
say I do my 4-5 miles on my bike and usually takes me 20 mins so
I wouldn't get credit for the 4 miles just 20 mins? Sorry to sound
difficult but I need to get the info str8! Sounds good I need to stay

I wanna do it! I think im the one that started the challenge ur referring to, but I dropped out cause i had no computer. Well, im in!! :D even tho it is freezing here and hard to walk, it will motivate me more :D

I'd like to get in on this :)

I am making an effort to spend more time on the treadmill when I'm at the gym so maybe if I just report back the miles I walk/run/jog to add to this...?
