I kow there is the daily exercise challenege but I need more motivation thatn that, LOL...I would like to do a mile challenege, somethign like we did in the Novemeber challenege...where every 30 mins is a mile and have it run till Valentine's day or soemthign like that...just wnana know if anyone might be interested...I gotta think a lil more abt it...but I focus so much more when I can keep totally how much I am doing and recording it all...
