When I first started, I stopped at about the 20 minutes mark (Did my own cool down)

I kept at it for a few a week or two before finally finishing and have stuck with it.

It's just about going through the motions to begin with and making it a routine. It was a good find for me, as I was struggling to find SIMPLE routines for my fitness level. I have since passed this on to a few others who've also had trouble finding something to get started with.

Despite moving on into others areas, I still use this workout often.

Hope someone out there just starting out finds this useful.
