Im new here, but today is a good day to start an online diary. Im at 162 today, up 10 pounds from July.

My goal is 145. So far today I havent done any excercise and have eaten pretty poorly. But now I have all the reason to start.....I want to be back to 145 by Christmas or before.
 
How does our "ticker" know when we lose the weight? (Silly question) lol
 
hehehe... it would be awesome if we could just change it quickly here, but you actually have to go back to the ticker site and make a new one each time... which is a bummer... but oh well...

How are you going to improve your eating habits? exercise? If you want to, post how you were eating before (including portion size) and we can give you some helpful advice!
 
Carnation, how are things going? It's really a great idea to make a plan as to how you are going to lose weight and then use your diary to write down your progress as well as slips. The more specific you can be the more you become accountable. I know you can do it! Just keep posting.
