i have read conflicting articles and routines on workouts and the total times from start to finish.
#1.workout sessions should not last longer than 45 min or else catabolic hormones begin to break down muscles.
#2.professional athletes workout for hours at a time, fighters of all types, sports athletes, even power lifters,etc yet build excellent mass (well toned not bulk) with speed and flexibility
