Amino Acids

Here's the deal, I already take my Whey protien shakes post workout (EAS brand) and through the day, my question to you is am I getting enough BCAA's from whey alone or should I supplement with additional BCAA's. The dude at GNC tried to sell me their Amino 1000 brand to use in joncunction to whey. Needed or am I being led astray???

no, just eat balanced meals, and take your whey. you'll be fine until yer about 235lbs and 6% bodyfat. even then you may not need extra aminos.

GNC jockeys work on commission. They'll sell you dog turds if there's commission on it.
 
Scivation has a great product for BCAA supplementing called 'XTEND' and Ergopharm has one called 'All In One', that are both economical for high dosing.

I'm only 190 and I supplement with BCAAs between protein shakes and meals. I've found it to reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) significantly. Online stores have them for WAY cheaper than GNC. I, personally, would never shop at GNC.
