amino acids question?

Do ya recommend taking twin lab's aminofuel1000? its basically amino acids to help digest protein better. Or just take the whey protein without it? Has anyone tried it?
 
I don't think you need to utilize extra BCAA's as long as your protein powder has them, which it should.
 
unless you're already built like a pro bodybuilder, you haven't hit the level where BCAA supps are worth it.

stick to a good protein powder ,and lots of whole foods...you'll have more than enough aminos.
