Weight-Loss Amazing April Weigh In Challenge!

Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

March 27: 158.2
April 3: Not Available
April 10: 158.6 (+0.4)
April 17: 154.8 (-3.8)
April 24: 154 (-0.8)

I'm not gonna try for too big a weight loss this month because during the week and a bit I'm away at the horse show I will be eating at around maintenance. So I will only have 3ish weeks to lose the weight.

Goal weight: 153.5

Hi guys, I am back again, hopefully this will be an injury free month. I have been told that I am too extreme and that's why I have so many injuries that force me to end up on the sidelines. So starting forward I am moving away from my unrealistic goals, (they are unrealistic because I never attain them and I end up hurting myself every single month trying to achieve them and going backwards) and trying new ones. So I am trying for a 4-5lbs loss in the month of April, at least this way I don't think I will end up sabotaging myself.

I'm in. I weigh in on Weds, anyway, so I'll start on April 1 with weight and goal, but I'm aiming to lose 8-10 lbs for the month.

Not looking too likely that I will hit my goal, but I think I'm getting back on track now so should at least see some pounds come off.

15th: wow, i did not expect to loose so much. But I think it was mostly water weight, we girls have our cycles there, don't we ;) Still, feels great, I'll keep on dieting and hope this continues :D

Might actually make my goal if I have a good week next week.
