Am I too young?

I was thinkin about takin creatine mono. pills later on in my workout agenda. I'm currently 19 years old 5'5 and 143 lbs.
 
well assuming you understand how creatine works as a supplement, no you're not too young.
remember its not a miracle supplement.

also, the straight powder is usually cheaper, just put a teaspoon in your post workout shake and take 1 serving per day, no off days, and no real need to cycle, but most of us do cycle simply to give our bodies a rest, not because the science says you gotta cycle.
