Am I running too much?

I currently run at a 7:45 mile pace for 30-35 minutes, 6 days/week. That equates to about 4.5 miles per workout.

I'm looking to lose that last little bit of fat, especially covering my abs. I'm afraid if I decrease my cardio to only 3 or 4 days, I will slow this fat loss. Is 6 days a week at my intensity level too much? I also lift weights 6 days/week and eat a very low calorie diet. Thanks in advance for the help.

that's a formula for disaster. abs are made in the kitchen not the gym

well I read your other thread, at that activity level I would shoot for 3000 cal a day. and I think 3 days of cardio a week should be sufficient.

I used to do the same as you (2000 cal a day), but have recently increased to 3000 a day and have seen instant results

Running six times a week is way too much. You might find (like I have done) decreasing my running and upping my weights actually made me slimmer? Running six times a week you are asking for trouble.

man i run 3x a week but i also swim 3x a week too. But i workout 5x a week.

How do i endure all this? I EAT AS MUCH FOOD AS POSSIBLE.

I don't understand why people try to stick to low cal diets and RUN that much at the same time!! Are you trying to give urself a low-sugar body failure??! I saw in this movie this kid tried to run too much and he passed out cuz he had low-sugar something something.

EAT EAT EAT but EAT HEALTHY not junkfood.
