Am I overtraining?

Hey everyone,

I'll keep this brief and somewhat general.

Monday:
Dead Lifts
Military
Wide Grip Pull ups
Isolation Work
(3x8)
Tuesday:
Sprints. Kept under 20 minutes. I usually shoot between 12-15 minutes
Wednesday:
Flat Dumbbell Bench
Cable Rows
Hang Cleans
Planks
Thursday:
Sprints
Friday:
Same as Monday.
Saturday:
Sprints
Sunday:
Day off. I do enjoy doing active things, such as a nice hike, split wood, light mountain biking, etc. I can't stand not doing something active.

Also, on all non-lifting days I generally stretch for about an hour in the mornings. On lifting days I do very light stretching after I lift(10 minutes worth or so)

As long as you're not feeling fatigued and run down, then I'd say you're fine. If those feelings start sometime down the road, just take a little break.

But don't do stretches in the morning when you're muscles are cold. You're going to hurt yourself unless you've warmed up already.

It's hard to say without you saying what else is going on in your life such as work, nutrition, rest etc

On the face of things it looks to me like you are but you may not be (not much help there)

I good rule of thumb that I use to control over training is this:

Every 3rd week cut the volume of sets by 40% on every workout.

This will give your body time to catch up and allow supercompensation to take place.
