Am I over training?

I'm 18 and have been seriously training for over a year.

I've made some improvements in my fitness, but I feel like I've hit a wall. I'm not sure if it's a plateau or I'm over training. I've switched up the order of my exercises and tried to incorporate a few new ones.

I work out for between an hour and an hour and a half 5 days a week. I alternate between an ab/lower body workout and an upper body workout. I'm most deffinatley tired after my workout, but I'm never really sore.

I feel like I've stopped making any noticeable gains and am starting to get reall discouraged. I don't want to quit, but it seems like no matter what I do I don't get results. Please help!
 
Hit the wall

What is this wall you're talking about? Were you trying to get stronger and it's just not happening? Bigger? Or leaner?

The 'wall' is I just don't seem to be getting results anymore. I'm less enthusiastic about training, and for a while I felt exhausted constantly.
 
i dont know what your goals are, but at 18, you should not have any issues about putting on any muscle, you probably arent getting in enough calories
