Ive only recently started changing my liferstyle but my eating habits and sleeping habits have had a major overhaul. I also working out 3 times a week but have only just started that too.
Ive always been confused with what to eat when and i wish someoe could give me the ideal tailor made program! Lol
Here is what i eat on a daily basis:
Breakfast- organic porridge made with water & a little soya milk (light version), sprinkled with a few bluberries (organic) & some seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame & poppy).
11am snack - handful of seeds as listed above
Lunch - half a jacket potato with half a tin of tuna, some sticks of celery & carrots (organic) and a little organic humus.
3.30pm snack - banana and an ornage (both organic)
Sometimes i have an apple instead of the orange
I go to the gym when i get home from work around 6pm and then i have my dinner after that as this is the only time i can have it really.
I have a small portion of spaghetti bolognese - made from scratch with organic ingredients. Sometimes i might have tuna pasta bake or risotto with peas and bacon in.
I find it difficult to sleep so i have a cup of soya milk every evening before bed. I also drink 1.5 l- 2 litres of water each day. I work out in the gym for about an hr 3 days a week.
Am i eating the right sort of foods in the right balance ?
Thanks in advance for any help
