Hello everyone i'm going on a cutting diet I was wanting to know am I on the right track.My stats are I'm 5'7 204lbs i'm trying to get to about 160-165. I've been messing around on fitday I work 3rd shift and go to school in daytime so my schedule is messed up. I do light activity mostly with playing basketball occasionally.I'm trying to average around 1800cal a day with life force multivitamin and fish oil pill. My workout regimen is going to be full-body workout 3 days a week.
meal 1-1 cup of oatmeal w/blueberries
meal 2-3 egg whites and 1 egg -2 medium branch celery w/natural pb
meal 3- 8oz of skinless chicken with 1 cup of veggies and 1 cup of pinto beans
meal 4-ON protein shake w/apple
Workout
Meal 5-ON protein w/dextrose
Meal 6-8oz of skinless chicken with 1 cup of veggies and 1 cup of pinto beans
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.I'm trying not to lose to much muscle .Right now that meal plan is about 50p/29c/22f. Also how many cal. are u supposed to add with activity.
