Sport am i not eating enough still?

hi. i'm 29, 5'5'' and weigh 143. I am plateau-ed for a few weeks now. I LOVE to exercise, weights/cardio/ whatever. I WAS eating only 1200 calories /day and lost some weight, yes, but then it stopped which makes sense based on the body fearing starvation (is what i read somewhere within here). i have upped my calories to 1500-1600/day and am burning about 3000 cal/week.

my bmr is 1450, so technically times 1.7 is 2450 - that is my maintenance caloric intake, right?

so, to lose a lb a week, subtract 500 and that leave 1950 cals/day to eat??

should i up my calories some more to about 1900 to see some weight loss?

i really appreciate any help you can provide.

1900 sounds about right but it depends on your workouts. You may want to increase calories on heavy lifting days just a little.
Personally I vary my calorie intake a little just to keep my body confused and keep my metabolic rate up. Just my opinion though.
