Good morning, everybody . I am a bit upset today. Thursdays are my special days when I take my measurements and check my weight. Today is exactly 6 weeks since I started my new weight loss thing . So far I have lost 23.5 lb which makes it aprrox. a little bit less then 4 lb a week loss. Please, don't get me wrong - I am very happy to loose any amount of Lb., just wondering if there is any way I can loose more weight per week? What is the healthy weight loss? I am also loosing some very imressive inches - for example I lost amazing 5 inches of my waist line . I drink a lot of water, I eat very simple foods:
Protein Shake for breakfast
Lean meat or fish with raw veggies for luch
Fruit Salad for dinner and I do not eat past 7 p.m.
I exercise every day on the treadmill for 1 hour on incline 3.4 miles an hour, I roller skate and bike( in fact, I made bike my only kind of transportation) a lot.
Please, any input is welcome. What do I do wrong? I see a lot of people here lost tremendous amounts of weight!I would like to join them too .
