Hey there!
First off, I'm doing pretty well overally and I'm happy with my developings. I'm exercising regularly and I'm getting more and more tuned into my body and especially my nutrition.
My problem is, that I only have a brief idea of what I should be eating, and how much of it. I'll try to generalize what I'm eating on an average day:
Wake up at 6am - at 6.40: a bowl of cereal (one with oat flakes, raisin and stuff)
School 9.30am: some dark bread with (rather lite?) sausage/cheese and paprika/cucumber/...
I have three to five of these sandwiches with me (depends on if have a long day), I eat them from then on, one every few (1 to 3) hours or so. Plus an apple.
Home 14.30pm (avg): Usually noodles, rice or something. If I'm lazy it's cereal again (but a large bowl then, and maybe with some yogurt)
Actually the same applies for the evening! Depending on what I had for lunch (if it was only some cereal I'd probably cook something.. probably. Otherwise cereal.)
Oh yeah, along with those things I eat.. I drink mineral water. And since I read that it's very needed and you should drink lots I try to do that. BUT.. here comes my first question. Sometimes it really seems like the water would enter my body just to leave again within the next hour! And my urine really looks like water then... strange, isn't it? Good? Bad? Weird? Don't know.
Apart from eating I also exercise, usually between 4pm and 8pm. It's cardio and/or weight lifting for 30mins to 2 hours. Depends on my energy.
That all pretty much applies for Monday to Friday. No significant changes on the weekends, though (meaning I don't eat only cake and big macs.. rather it's other things instead of my sandwiches). If it was really bad I'd have a few drinks on Saturday night.
My main question is.. do you see any major shortcomings? As I already mentioned I'm not really fit with nutrition.. I know that I shouldn't eat much candy and dark bread is more healthy than white bread but that's pretty much it.
Any feedback/suggestions/spam are appreciated - Thanks.
