I'm not counting the calories but I'm kind of watching my intake of caleries. I have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning or a egg whites and cheese on wheat toast. Then at lunch I have been having the SmartOne meals (they were on sale this week), and then around three o'clock I usually have a small 100 calorie bag of kettle corn. Three o'clock is when all the girls in my work get their sweet cravings and since the kettle corn has a bit of sweetness it fills my craving.
Then for dinner, three nights a week, I have whatever mom is making. Mostly chicken since she had a gastric bypass and can't digest red meat that well (which is good for me 'cause I hate red meat!) and then I'll have a salad or veggies. I've been cutting back on the carbs. The other four nights a week I work at a racetrack, and they nothing but fried food. Luckily that have grilled chicken sandwhiches and I will have one of those with some lettuce and tomato. Saturdays are usually the busiest and they have grilled chicken ceaser salad, so I'll have one of them.
I started getting serious about loosing weight about a month ago when I decided to stop drinking soda. I'm 5'5.5" and I started at 250 in the middle of April and as of around May 10th I was down to 230 and was stuck there for the past two weeks. And when I weighed myself this morning, I was 223.5. I checked the scale three times to make sure it wasn't off and it kept coming up that way.
