I am desperately wanting to lose about 15 lbs by the end of july. I am going to start cutting out "white" carbs, such as bread, pasta, rice from my diet and stick to a 1200 cal diet. I'm also going to do 20 mins of cardio in the morning and 40 mins of cardio in the evenings, along with some strength training. Do you think by doing this i'll lose the 15 lbs by august? Your replies/thoughts/tips/concers are MUCH appreciated
