am i going about this the right way?

I am desperately wanting to lose about 15 lbs by the end of july. I am going to start cutting out "white" carbs, such as bread, pasta, rice from my diet and stick to a 1200 cal diet. I'm also going to do 20 mins of cardio in the morning and 40 mins of cardio in the evenings, along with some strength training. Do you think by doing this i'll lose the 15 lbs by august? Your replies/thoughts/tips/concers are MUCH appreciated :)
 
Its quite possible. Refined and empty sugars and carbohydrates are the evils of food these days. I don't think its crucial you stick to a certain daily calorie requirement. I think its more important that you count calories making sure that they are as nutritious as possible while maintaining an average of 1200 a day rather than a ration of 1200 a day. Veggies & lean meats are my dietary staples, and I've averaged losing more than 3 lbs a week over the past 4 months. The dietary aspect is most important, and whatever exercise you can fit in will give you a big boost! Good Luck! And heres a website for knowing what is best to eat:
