Sport Am I getting enough of a calorie intake?

Sport Fitness
I am starting to doubt I am getting enough calories for the day, especially since I do work-out constantly.

I'll start off by telling you what I do to burn calories and exercise, this is what I do on my lazy days (which is practically nothing):
-----
-60 sit-ups when I wake up
-Walk 3 miles to work at around 3:00 PM
-I work from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (my job requires me to stand the whole time, which means a consistent calorie-burning activity)
-When I get home and do another set of 60 sit-ups
-Then I do around 50 push-ups, plus some clapping push-ups for fun
-I lift 2 20 lbs. barbells, 2 sets of 30 repetitions
-Plus some other work-outs with barbells...
-----

And now I will tell you what I eat through out the day...
-----
Breakfast: After my morning sit-ups I eat the egg-white from two eggs, some toast (3 slices), and a slice of turkey ham, along with 2 glasses of water.

Lunch: I eat some chicken (about 4 ounces) and some lettuce, I guess it's a cheap excuse for a salad, and 2 glasses of water.

Dinner: I sometimes eat another "salad," and other times I eat nothing.
-----

Some notes:

-By the way, on my more active days my work-outs can easily triple.
-I only drink water, nothing else.
-I am a sort of insomniac and on accasions only get about 4 hours of sleep per night.

Thanks in advance, and I'd appreciate it if whoever replied didn't only tell me it's a horrible balance in calorie intake/burning, but they also gave me tips to improve it.

P.S. And for the sake of good judgement, I will tell you my age, I am fifteen years old. Also, I weigh 160 lbs, and I am 5'8".

in short...yes, you need to be eating a LOT more. You cant bulk-up without eating more calories than you burn. Spend sometime reading the nutrition forums to get some ideas on a decent diet.

It really doesnt sound like you have much of a program. Check out

and the weight training forum here for some ideas. Ask lots of questions. We are all here to learn and help.

Ok

Well, I was reading an article about developing nice abs, and it basically said that one needs to get rid of all fatty foods. I'd like to know what you guys think. I want abs, how do I go about it?

Also, ditch the "Clapping Push-ups", just do them without the clap. Clapping is just for showing off and increases your chance of injury.

Ok...

Ok, so ditch the clapping push-ups. But like I said, what kind of exercises do I do if I want abs?
