am i eating right?

hey guys so i am desperate too complete my weight loss i have lost 4stones which is a really big thing i am trying to really improve my eating habits now so i have come out with some ideas of food i will be eating...
prawns, white fish, makeral, tuna,sardines(from what i guess fish is main source of protein???(correct if im wrong) and i want my diet to be high in protein.
omlette also guessing its protein?(i dont like hard bolied eggs so not a chance haha)
carbs and fibre wise i have two slices of wholegrain toast or 30g of oats also wholegrain rice or pasta in small amounts
i dont really eat red meat but i eat alot of chicken(without skin)
my diet consists of 2 meals a day and 1 portein shake(meal replacment)
im currently 9st11lbs
i want to lose that 11lbs in roughly 7 weeks
i work out 6 days a week i do 1 hour of cardio(walking running cycling or cross trainer) then sits ups press up squats and various other exercises
sometimes i wil have 2 really big training session were i will train for 3 hours to really give it a boost.
im starting to feel like its not gunna happen. i see really tall skinny girls smiling eating cakes and coffees. i m working my arse off just to stay this way. does get frustraining.

I would recommend you check your bmr to see how many calories you burn everyday. Then reduce that by a few hundred calories. That way maybe you won't have to kill yourself so much at the gym.

I'm not sure if you count calories, but it's a great way to lose weight.
 
i do count calories loosely but i am already eating around 1000 less calories than i apparently should be maybe im looking into it too much x
