A while ago like a month I didn't eat that healthy. But what will happen now? Am I eating enough? I am 5ft 4 in. and weigh 130. btw im 14. I ride horses 3 days a week for 2 hours each. and on fridays sat. and sun. I work out for 1 hour.

Breakfast
2 biscuits/plain- 360 cal.
Lunch
2 nutrisystem chocolate bars- 280 cal but exersize it all off for an hour
Dinner
Chicken and broccoli/ plain.- idk how many cal.

Am I eating enough a day? I feel fine but im supposed to eat like 2000 a day....

Are you eating healthy? nope.

2 nutrisystem chocolate bars? Nutritionally void food for calories you could get from some real food like salad, chicken, fish or hundreds of other foods.

If you are aiming for 2000 calories a day, this is way under. Hell I aim for 2000 calories. Let me tell you some of the foods I have..cherioes for breakfast, greek yogurt with some fruit in it, atlantic cod or Mahi Mahi or salmon, potatoes, salads, sandwiches, cookies, fruit, almonds..etc etc etc.

Some of those things are bad (cookie was a treat) but I eat all sorts of food and I've lost about 30 pounds in 3 months cause of moderation.

You don't need to starve yourself and you definately don't need to be eating crap like those bars.

Totally agree with Jericho.

2 biscuits for 360 cals for breakfast? That's what? Fat and carbs? There's no protein there to keep you satiated, no nutrition.

And what about vegetables and fruit? 1 serving of broccoli with dinner is not sufficient.

Here's what I eat on an average day for around 1600 calories;

Breakfast: greek yogurt, frozen blueberries, coffee
Snack: apple and string cheese
Lunch: tuna or chicken salad on greens with whole grain crackers, maybe a 1/2 an avocado
Snack: boiled egg, V8 juice
Dinner: grilled or baked meat of some kind, salad, grilled or roasted veggies, maybe a sweet potato or a small roasted potato, some olive oil.
Evening snack: fresh fruit or frozen fruit in the blender with a little protein powder

I make sure I hit around 1600 calories, with 40% of that coming from carbs, 35% of that coming from protein (around 120g of protein per day), and around 25% of that coming from healthy fats.

Oh, and at 14 what you're eating is DANGEROUS. You're going to stunt your growth and mess with your development. You need to eat real food in healthy amounts to grow bones, muscles, etc. You continue to eat like that and you are likely to become very ill and cause permanent damage to your body.

Yeah, take much more whole foods (especially fruits and vegetables), spread your meals across the day (5 'smaller' feedings), and have some lean protein at each meal.

Get rid of the processed stuff like bars and biscuits.

That's a place to start...

You're young. The way you're eating now you are going to really slow down your metabolism (it's basically the thing that burns calories in your body).

Try to eat more, start off with at least 1200 calories. You don't have to eat 2000. Also it's not worth it to have those 2 busicuits in the morning. for 360 cals you could have oatmeal with cream AND an apple AND some yogurt. See, same about of calories (360) but much healthier and it will keep you fuller longer.
