I am trying to reduce my body fat. IMHO, I am a 8.5 (on a scale of 1-10) in clothes but hate the way I look nekkid (hubby, however, does not complain). I can post a pix if absolutely necessary, but I don't have a really good body shot on my computer.
I am 35 yo 5'7" woman at 147 pounds (24% BF). And would love some input. Tell me what you think/recommend.

I eat one of those breakfast cereal granola bars pre-workout with a can of V8 (at 4:45am)
I work out for over an hour each day. 45 minutes vigorous cardio and 25 minutes moderate weight training.
During my workout I drink about 1 liter of water (that's the size of my water bottle)
After my workout I eat a 1/2 turkey sanwhich (1 piece turkey, 1/2 piece jack cheese, on a small roll from 7-11) and a 12oz cup of coffee with milk (no sugar) but I usually only drink 1/2 to 3/4 of the coffee - which I sip on all day (yes, I know that is bizarre). This is at about 8:00am.
I keep a bottle of water on my desk and drink about 24 Oz during the morning (yes, I know I should drink more)
I eat lunch around 11:30a (but sometimes if I am busy I won't eat until 1:00p). Usually this is a Turkey and Cheese sandwich on wheat with spread, or a bowl of home made minestrone soup. Although sometime I will go for two chicken tacos with rice and beans or grilled chicken with rice and veggies if I go out with friends. I always drink water with lunch, usually 2 glasses.
I try to drink more water in the afternoon, but don't drink near enough.
Then I eat dinner at about 5:00. When it's just me and hubby is at work, I eat broiled fish and veggies, or a salad with lo-cal dressing with tuna or crab meat on top (no mayo) and maybe a piece of wheat bread if I am still hungry. And I usually drink two glasses of wine while watching TV.
However, if hubby is home for dinner (about 40% of the time) we usually eat meat: chicken, beef, venison, sausage (ahhhh!) or Mexican or Chinese or something equally awful, possibly fried.
I know that I overeat at dinner when hubby is home. But it is hard since we don't see each other much (we work opposite shifts and have different days off so we only get to eat dinner together 3 days a week).
What do y'all recommend?
